He spoke on the urgency of getting Notch Reform passed and made an impassioned plea for his fellow representatives to support and vote for the Notch Fairness Act of 2001.

|  Rep. Aderholt is a supporter of H.R. 97, Notch Fairness Act of 2001. Rep. Aderholt believes as many others that Notch babies are hit hardest by the raising costs of prescription drugs, health care costs, and fuel costs. Rep. Aderholt, along with Rep. Hall and Rep.
