H.R.368 CONGRESSMAN RALPH HALL’S NOTCH BILL
Representative Ralph Hall (R-TX) has reintroduced his Notch bill, H.R. 368, formerly numbered H.R. 615. Congressman Hall’s bill, if passed, would give individuals born in the Notch years an option of a $5,000 lump-sum benefit payable over four years or an improved monthly benefit.
