H.R. 287 NOTCH BABY HEALTH CARE RELIEF ACT of 2007
Congresswoman Jo Ann Emerson (MO-8) introduced H.R. 287, titled the Notch Baby Health Care Relief Act, on January 5, 2007. If signed into law, this legislation would allow a refundable credit to certain senior citizens for premiums paid for coverage under Medicare Part B.
