S. 43 SOCIAL SECURITY TOTALIZATION AGREEMENT REFORM ACT of 2007
This legislation was introduced by Senator John Ensign (NV) to compliment the House version of the same bill. Like H.R. 279, if approved, both the House and Senate would have to approve any totalization agreement before foreign workers can receive Social Security benefits.
