H.R. 190 SOCIAL SECURITY FOR AMERICANS ONLY ACT of 2007

Representative Ron Paul (TX-14) introduced the Social Security for Americans Only Act on January 4, 2007. This bill would provide that wages earned, and self-employment income obtained by persons who are not citizens of the U.S., will not be eligible for Social Security benefits. It also provides the President with the authority to enter into agreements with other nations taking into account this limitation.
