S. 242 SENATE COMPANION BILL TO H.R. 380
Senator Byron Dorgan (ND) introduced the Senate version (S. 242) of the Pharmaceutical Market Access and Drug Safety Act on January 10, 2007. This important legislation, if approved, would allow the importation of prescription drugs meeting the approval the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
