S. 206 SOCIAL SECURITY FAIRNESS ACT OF 2007
Senator Diane Feinstein (CA) has introduced the Social Security Fairness Act. If signed into law, S. 206 would repeal the Government pension offset (GPO) and windfall elimination provisions (WEP). A companion bill, H.R. 82, has been introduced in the House of Representatives.
