    Medicare Advantage plans combine both parts of Medicare, and the health plans are required to cover everything that is covered under original Medicare. But on day one of the shutdown, CNN reported that "busloads of World War II vets, many in wheel chairs, broke past the barricades to visit the World War II Memorial as onlookers applauded." Doctors frequently refer patients to expensive specialists, and order endless expensive tests without spending adequate time to explain why the tests are necessary, how much they cost, or the chances of improving treatments through their use. .Understand how sales commissions affect your payout.
