1. Should Congress be required to have a balanced budget? Before any new spending there must either be an increase in general tax revenues to pay for it, or cuts in other spending.

What’s the Best “Fix” For Social Security?
15. A. Increase the retirement age to 70 by 2030 and keep adjusting the age as people live longer.
