Representative Ralph Hall (R-TX) has reintroduced his Notch bill, H.R.615, formally numbered H.R.97.  Congressman Hall’s bill, if passed, would give individuals born in the Notch years an option of a $5,000 lump-sum benefit payable over four years or an improved monthly benefit.  TSCL wholeheartedly supports this bill and will be working diligently to gain cosponsors for this important piece of legislation.
